Now that you own or operate a VAC-EX Ltd product, we want to ensure your experience is positive, your questions are answered and we are able to offer you support when needed. We endeavour to ensure that our partners are equipped with the parts and service knowledge you need to keep your machine up and running.

REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS

VAC-EX can also provide service and maintenance contracts that allow you to plan and manage your machine
maintenance budget, with the reassurance that your machine is receiving the best support available.

These are available in 3 options;

Full package
The full all-inclusive package covers all labour and transport (using factory trained engineers), VAC-EX approved lubricants, filters and any other VAC-EX parts required.

Trailer service
Regular inspection and service of the VAC-EX supplied trailer.

Health check
10 weekly and annual inspections covering labour and transport.
