The T-VAC’s design allows easy corporate colours and decals to be presented. 

Features a rear tipping, top hinged debris door and inclinded floor for ease of emptying. 

Allows quick & easy access into the debris tank for inspection & clean out. 

The T-VAC was originally designed for Scottish Water back in 2016 as a solution to an ongoing issue, they needed a Vacuum Excavation unit that suited their needs. The initial decision was made to allow the same T-VAC to be either trailer or static mounted.

Three E-Stops, conveniently located each side and rear of the T-VAC 2 for quick and easy reach.

Integral skip prop is present to provide a mechanical solution for keeping the debris skip fully open – keeping you safe and makes servicing or inspecting much easier.  

Isolator provides a simple and effective way to disconnect a battery from equipment for safety, security or servicing. 
The connector allows for safe charging or jump starting the battery.

Whilst power is an important requirement, we feel it's important to use it efficiently and economically that is why we chose to partner it with a Kubota Tier 4 / EU Stage V engine. Typical diesel consumption (during full vacuum) is  11 litres / hour. 

These protect the operator (and others) by immediately shutting down the machine as soon as the opening of the engine doors is detected. These offer a certified safety solution for guard monitoring.

Fully adjustable rear working LED spot lights assist during those dark months or night working. 
Roof mounted amber LED is highly visible from all angles. 

The excavation tooling is constructed from a mix of aluminium and PE plastic. This provides a degree of protection from electric shock hazards. 

All the VAC-EX Ltd tooling is vibration tested with HAVI®. Please contact us for more information. 

Utilising a 150mm  (6") inlet the T-VAC 2 has industry leading power to size ratio. This inlet can also be reduced down to 125mm (5"), 100mm (4") and 75mm (3") if required. 

If there was ever a perfect material for the T-VAC 2, rail ballast comes very close. Handles rail ballast with ease

Handles gravels, dust, mud, ballast with ease whilst filtering the air before exhausting to atmosphere.

Handles slurries, water and mud with ease.  A 100mm (4") gate valve allows for a controlled release. We recommend our top-inlet & porthole system for dedicated more long term usage.   

The T-VAC 2 can handle clayey ground. There are lots of variables which can make it difficult. Contact us to discuss your options. 

Whilst most excavations are in the region of 1.5m, on occasions, the T-VAC 2 hose has been operated at 8m deep.

With a 180° working radius and adjustable working height, this is an excellent option to assist with the manual handling of the 150mm (6”) Vac Hose.

Allows for safe operation and handling of compressed air whilst cleaning down the filters.
