Idea for the AIR-VAC

The new 2025 face lift AIR-VAC 2 still encompasses all of its recognisable features; narrow, all-terrain, high tip, and very powerful but with improved styling, new features and finishes.

Narrow

With a width of 1000mm, the AIR-VAC 2 is ideal for footpath or narrow access working where operation from the road or implementing traffic management isn't an option.

Tracked Undercarriage

The AIR-VAC 2 is equipped with multi-terrain rubber tracks, eliminating the need for ground mats and saving valuable operator time.

Its 360° rotation allows optimal positioning for both excavation and tipping operations

Remote Control

A fully proportional remote-control system enhances both safety and productivity, allowing the AIR-VAC 2 to be operated from safer ground with improved visibility and reduced vibration exposure.

Includes a built-in remote control battery charger.

Lightweight but Robust

At 1750kg the AIR-VAC 2 has great weight distribution for off-road, tipping and loading operations.

Easy to Mobilise

With a gross tare weight of 1750 kg, the AIR-VAC 2 unit is exceptionally easy to mobilise to site, utilising existing fleet vehicles.

Easy Loading & Securing

Mobilising the AIR-VAC 2 to site quickly and safely is paramount. Utilising the rear trailer coupling and convenient tie-down points makes it just that.

Exterior Design

The AIR-VAC 2 design allows easy corporate colours and decals to be presented.

Debris Skip & Tipping

A large, hinged debris door and inclined skip with plastic / stainless steel lined interior ensures the stickiest of material exit the skip with ease.

Cleaning the Filters

Couldn’t be easier. The AIR-VAC 2 design allows quick, almost dust free clean-off. The filters can also be quickly removed for power washing.

Easy access to on-board VAC-FILTERS minimising dust and debris and allowing for repeated use between loads without the loss of power

Hydraulic PTO Power

A dual circuit hydraulic system allows for multi-tooling to be used such as breakers, cut-off saws, corers, tampers to name a few.

Non-Conductive Excavation

The excavation tools are made from a combination of aluminium and PE plastic, offering a level of protection against electric shock hazards.
